Had the 1/4lb angus burger with onion rings. The burger was juicy and flavourful however the rings could have been more crispy as a couple of the thicker rings were a little doughy.

I enjoy the ability to load up my hamburger however I wanted… The fries need a little salt but other than that I was pleased with my drive-through experience the girls at the window were very friendly and appreciated me saying take your time enough to thank me. I would return here

Pulled in and ordered - no line up !! Pulled up to pick up and waited long enough that my foot got tired on the brake and I had to put the car in park. Didn’t really mind though because I thought at least I know they are preparing it now and it will be hot. I live a 3 minute drive away. I went straight home. To say my food was even warm would be an exaggeration. 4 pm on a Sunday so not busy but probably a difficult time period to staff ? Seemed to be several workers on duty.It is a pretty good veggie burger though but doesn’t microwave all that well

The service at this location has always been fantastic. The food has always been good and I think we’ve only received a very minimally wrong order once or twice out of all the times I’ve eaten at this restaurant. The staff have never been rude, or unprofessional. In particular, the young woman who took our order tonight around 5pm I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately, but she had red hair and was wearing a black mask was amazingly polite, and efficient. Additionally, I watched her handle an interaction with an irate customer with grace and professionalism when many would have pushed to defensiveness and anger themselves rightfully so, the angry drive thru customer was absolutely terrible to the staff. I appreciate the hard work from tonight’s staff and I hope the rest of their night got better. And I hope that terrible customer feels awful about how she treated them.

Waited for our food about 35-40 minutes with one person head of us!!! Than only to find out our order was messed up!!! Couldn’t go through drive through they told us to come in store very disappointed in service!! Garbage all over tables no clean seating!! By the time we got our food it was cold!!! People we’re getting refunded and walking out!!! No customer service what so ever!!! Have no clue where the management is for this location but there was two young people working one cooking and one on the front!!! We are Local and won’t be coming back

Foods always good, hot, fresh, good selection of menu options and really good selection of toppings. Got a crispy chicken burger and a poutine, poutine was great with lots of cheese and gravy. Given with how rude some of the other customers were to staff I was appalled seeing people treat service workers so poorly. Having said that the staff handled it in a professional manner despite being treated terribly. I hope in the future the rude people stay home instead.

Almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. Young man checked my order handle me the bag. I drove off only to find out I had the wrong order. I fortunately I was already to smear away to go back. Long line ups, poor customer service and wrong orders have happened far to often. Won’t return to this location. If I could leave a zero star rating I would!

Store hours posted open to 9pm. Got to drive thu at 8:55 and it said they were closed. Drove up to the window and got someone’s attention and they said they were open, he asked kitchen if they were open and they said yes. He went to take my order but said they had closed the till so they would not do my order. The staff was putting together a burger for themselves. I asked for the manager and they were gone supposedly. When you work all day and are hungry for dinner and make it in time to hear because they closed the till early I couldn’t get food. It did not make me happy. Who know what time they really closed? I will never know now if I can get food there.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The drive through took so long, this location shouldn’t qualify as “fast food”. While I was in the window, I watched 4 employees huddle around the milkshake machine making themselves something, I know it was for them because I was there long enough to watch them eat it. Finally after 5 minutes at the window, the attendant asked me what I ordered. Brutal service.

Meh - burgers were hot. The fries tasted like they were made an hour ago - luke warm at best. Then the hubby found a hair in his poutine. Just get a burger - cause by the looks of other reviews they don't do the sides very well!
