The staff hero is extra nice! Also, who doesn't love funnel cakes? While I do miss getting hot dogs outside of Canadian tire, I'm pretty sure that my kids are happy here that funnel cake truck is there. It's nice that they moved from home hardware, another nice shot, I just happened to visit Canadian Tire far more often.
Good afternoon! Yesterday I ordered 1/2 dozen funnel cakes for pick up. There was a bit of a mix up where one dozen were being made for me. As a business woman, I appreciate the delicate balance between keeping the customer happy and making sure the company's interests are equally taken care of. I am not sure if the woman I spoke with I think, Kim was her name was the owner, or management... both perhaps?! However, I was very pleased with how she handled it. She was appropriate, professional, kind and cautious to do right by both parties; and she did. The cakes were deliciously devoured and we look forward to when we can enjoy them again! My husband was quite pleased there were two more than expected!! Thank you for your professionalism. I wish you and your company my very best. ...and sorry for participating in the mix up! This place is great. They have great food. Really friendly staff. I went with a big group of kids and the gave all the kids little mini water guns! Just a little pricey and sometimes it takes a LONG time to get your food.
Best funnel cake in southern Ontario. They also serve hot dogs fries burgers and more. KimKiki is the most customer satisfaction owner I ever met. Her sidekick is just as awesome as she is
We brought our grandkids and were lucky enough to have Mike look after us. The service was super and Mike was very polite. The food was delicious. Keep up the great job Mike!!!!!
I got the strawberry and whip cream funnel cake with two Jamaican paddies. The only thing that had flavour on the funnel cake was the strawberries. The whip cream was fake and tastless, the cake itself was okay. The paddies were inedible. Microwaved and limp.
The food is really expensive for what you get. 5.50 for a sasauge...mini sausage actually. Way better food at Costco. Don't bother wasting your money. Go elsewhere.
Didn't get everything I ordered but didn't notice till after I left. Hot jamaican patties werent hot and they were cheap ones and microwaved. Stale hot dog buns. Dry dogs
The owner of this place is absolutely amazing. She is determined and i am honoured to have worked with her. The funnel cakes are also by far the best i've ever had.
This is the place to go to. The for food is great we had cheeseburger and poutine and the next day having the funnel cake. Thumbs up all the way
