Placed order via uber eats which was not ready for two hours. Called the number listed, and the agent was rude and useless in determining the status of my order. And there is no way to contact the restaurant itself, which does not make any sense. Awful customer service. The pizzas were cold and soggy by the time they arrived, and the boxes were dented. DO NOT order from Toppers.
Nothing like Pizza for breakfast the next day!! First time @ Topper's.. Got the 3 medium Pizza deal, real value deal with quality toppings. Hope they come to Vaughan soon
So disappointed in my pizza and bread sticks this evening. Bread sticks tasted stale, dry and warmed up and the pizza crust was also dry. In future I will be looking for a new pizza joint. Very sad as I have ordered from WB Toppers for years and was never disappointed…I guess Collingwood is not the same.
I ordered a pizza with pineapple on it, the pineapple was expired and the whole pizza was sour. I called to let them know and they said a manager needs to approve this credit they will call you back. I’ve called 4 times now asking to speak to the manager and still nothing. Very disappointed with this poor customer service. Will never order toppers again, don’t have the time or energy to keep calling back.
My daughter and I stop in almost every Saturday at 12am when we finish work!! The pizza is always fast fresh and the guy working is always super nice to us!!
Ordered a medium pizza and as I turned around to take a seat I noticed a special for .2 for 1. They had not even started the order but would not give me the special. They said it was store policy

Great toppings on the deluxe. Decent crust. Wings are mediocre. Better than little Caesar’s.
First time trying pizza at Topper's. Its so so. It uses sliced chicken fingers used as ingredient, where is the freshness in that.
