Harvey's

Short wait considering there were 5 people in front of my lovely wife Pat and I. Big Harv was a bit too ambitious for my tum-tum so I went with the healthier crispy chicken on whole wheat bun. Pat went with the original burger with cheese, bacon and all their toppings except hot peppers, olives and cucumbers. It was a joy seeing such a huge selection of condiments to choose from. Pat's combo came with Frings FRies and onionrINGS which we shared + choice of drink went with diet Pepsi. We devoured our meals so quickly I almost forgot to get snaps. At least I captured the tail end of Pat's burger. Was nice seeing their separation of the fries and rings. Pleasure being served by people who seemed to work well as a team. Very clean inside. Both Pat and I see no problem frequenting this fast food restaurant. Parking: Plenty of available parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Full wheelchair accessibility.

The atmosphere of the place isn't bad. There is room to sit and the lighting is adequate and nice. However the food looks nothing like it does on the signs and papers that you see, or even the ads. The chicken was absolutely discussing, and so was the burger. It wasn't even the stuff on the burger, just the meat itself. And same with the chicken, just not good meat I didn't find. There is only one in town for a reason, nobody eats there. It's gross. It's too greasy and I'd suggest you keep going and get yourself a big Mac cause Harvey's ain't what it used to be.

I'm not the kind to complain so please hear me out on this one. The person serving us at the drive-thru was exceptionally unsanitary. She had a glove on one hand and with this same hand took money from a customer, used the register, gave the other customer their change, touched her face, and then grabbed both our burgers to check and see if there were toppings. Money, cash register, face, burgers. She didn't change the glove once. Two grown adults from within the car could see the entire thing unfold. If you are immunocompromised, this isn't just dirty, this is DANGEROUS. I can't help but imagine if we were a health inspector how this wouldn't fly for a second. This wasn't acceptable before COVID, it's even worse now because people should know better. Take it a step further: we mentioned it to her, she denied the entire thing. TWO adults with a very clear view and a predisposition towards being safe we're able to see the entire thing. She tried to lie to the people who just watched it all happen. Not wearing a hairnet? I mean, fine. Not great, but whatever. But handling money, using the cash register, touching her face, and then handling our dinner with the same gloved hand, and then LIES about it to our faces? We won't be returning if this is the kind of health standards Harvey's deems acceptable. I have to assume this is a "bad apple", but that doesn't make it acceptable. **Edit** I've had a chance to discuss the situation with Darren with Harvey's, and after a brief discussion, we've come to an amicable resolution. Thanks Darren for being prompt and reaching out. Your transparency and desire to address the situation is very much appreciated.

Previously a 5 star review - didn't wear gloves Staff taking order was fine but the people in the kitchen were visibly not wearing gloves. Theres a large open window where you can see into the kitchen and we watched them touching multiple things including peoples burgers with their bare hands no gloves on didnt see them wash their hands. Food was undercooked.

My husband and I went to Harvey's about a week ago. There was a couple ahead of us, still took ten minutes to take our order, we stood there longer then it took to eat. The service is slow at this location, however, you won't find a better burger put together right infront or you than Harvey's. It's been a favorite or mine since childhood.

stop going there there was an employee has special needs is why i keeped going back! Update March 9 2023 Everything was good till I looked down at the debit machine, there was tooth pick used my lighter to move it to the floor, said that's gross on the counter.

Terrible quality food. Waited in the drive thru for the food to he fresh they even apologized for the long wait when I was only one in line and then the food isn't even cooked right?? Now they won't answer the phone for me to try get it fixed

EDIT: 10/28/2021 The late night deal is great but they have to keep up on the maintenance of the fryers unless you get burnt fries.. worked as fryer before ORIGINAL: Dislike the skimming on the value buffalo poutine and large drink half filled with ice=no value. Now using the junior buffalo chicken instead of half of chicken breast I've seen small one used fully. Seems to be a smaller fry portion as well.

We were in Moncton and did not want an elaborate dinner, something quick and easy. Found tried tested and true Harvey's on the street that we were staying for a night. Asked for CAA special, two burgers, fries or rings and two sinks for less than $15 including taxes. You can't beat this and the veggie burgers are amazing always. We topped our burgers with just about everything including guacamole which everyone will charge $1 plus. As usual, the burgers came perfectly cooked and topped the way we liked it, the fries and rings made perfect. The only thing we noticed is that the tables used earlier by patrons were. It cleaned and for some reason litter garbage on the floor as well. Some customers are - never mind. The store manager or people should have noticed it.

Worst service ever. Told them to add ranch on poutine there is no ranch sauce on it. Bun is not even toasted. Ordered from drive thru when we went to window there was zero level of customer service.. No greetings no nothing
