We discovered Skipper Jack’s last year and come back again on our way to PEI this year. Food is amazing, portions are huge! Great place for someone who’s craving for fresh and delicious seafood. There are salad options for sides too, so it’s not only fries which is awesome. There are a lot of deep fried meals served, but you can also go for healthier meals like lobster roll, lobster melt or seafood chowder. Plus many many more: scallops, mussels, salmon you name it!

Great value!! Fresh flakey fish with a super crunchy, thin batter. Handmade coleslaw and tartar sauce are excellent. Fries were good and with a tasty gravy. Excellent service. Very quick. Super friendly!  I'm not a picky eater, but when it comes with fish I have high standards as a Newfoundlander.  This is by far the best halibut I've had to date.  Can't wait to come by  again.

Went with same family. I had the Jack burger with 2 patties and bacon and cheese. The patties where decent size and home made and was really good and would recommend. Family had fish and chip and portion of the fish was a nice size and both enjoyed their meal. Staff was friendly and nice. As well we did not wait to long for our meal. Would go back again.

If you're from out of town, this is worth the drive. We traveled from Toronto as a group of 10; so its not always easy to find a place than can accommodate the group without reservations in advance. Food was excellent. Got my lobster fix on which was fresh and tasty. The seafood chowder was piled high and just overall a great place. The bacon wrapped scallop was delish! We did wait about 30 min for a table though but the wait is definitely worth it.

The servers are wonderful and so is the food. They constantly check on you from time to time to check if you need anything from them. There's also hand sanitize in everytables. They clean the tables as soon as a costumer left. It was a very delightful experience dining with them.

Wow, from when we walked in the gal at the counter I didn’t get her name was all over it. We ordered 3 -2 piece fish and chips and a mixed platter. So good so fresh and very reasonable prices.  Been a restauranteur for my career, best I’ve had. Thank you Skipper, your giligan  was amazing and your food spectacular.  I WILL everyone, Skipper Jacks is the place

Prompt and friendly service. DELICIOUS food which is cooked to perfection. Even though much of the food is deep fried, it is not greasy at all. They know how to properly deep fry food and obviously change the oil frequently.

Wow, the other reviews don't lie. First time in the Maritimes. This place rocks! I  had the Lobster roll. Lobster,  Lobster, and some more.  Delicious! Greek salad, fresh and tasty. The service was great. Another 5 stars for Skipper Jack's 

Scallops were excellent. Shrimp was decent. Good service. Confused why they didn’t let me bring my water bottle in.

Came here for a whole lobster but wasn’t available at the time. Settled for lobster roll and fried fish. The lobster roll was very good. The fried fish was good but bit too greasy for my liking. Service was very good. The lady was very nice and attentive.
