Swiss Chalet

It was my first time order on their webpage and pick up at the curbside. It was so easy to use and also when u arrive you just click '' I have arrived '' on your email confirmation. The staff will bring to your car door rather for you to go inside to get it. Food is great as usual.

You gotta be kidding…. Double leg dinner always comes with fries unless you ask for something else? I didn’t! Call and told it’s the call centre fault, they sent fries and throwing in an apple pie… great. Now he’s gone again and it would be nice to put some salt on my fries? No condiments…. Sorry you still get a bad review! This was a delivery

We have eaten in this place a few times now, and the service is always excellent, and the food is always delicious. The prices are reasonable, and you get a free dessert if you have a CAA card. Nick and Pete are excellent waiters. Thank you both.

It was busy so take in consideration of the time. The chicken was good. I wish the potato portion was bigger or gave you something else as apart of the meal. It did take awhile to get our meal and they served it before the order was completely ready. My 2 year old granddaughter had steamed vegetables which was served last and quite a bit later than the rest of the meal. The waiter was pleasant and friendly.

Ordering a family size 32 oz Chalet sauce and the store says you don't have it in church for two 12 oz at the higher price. But the manager wouldn't provide me the price that the 32 oz has which is cheaper. But that's just because of store is not being very nice. I recommend the DF Swiss Chalet they are much nicer there.Food: 3/5

Thank you Victoria for taking our order! We had some initial difficulties but in the end we got through and she did an amazing job taking our order. It was delivered promptly by a woman who was gracious enough to fill in for her son. All in all, the two women we dealt with on-the-ball, prompt and the food was hot! Thank you to this location for dinner!!

Excellent service and great food. We had just beat the supper hour rush and we're waited on promptly. The food items were amazing, their soup and coconut pie were devine and main course was awesome. Great server we had and very attentive. Will definitely be back!!

Placed an order well ahead of time for curbside pickup. Arrived on time and waited 20+ mins but the waitress that brought us our food made it up to us and was very apologetic. Food was decent. Overall good experience for our first time going to this restaurant.

We came here 2x since I was in town for work. Both times they gave us the wrong order. Our first time there, they told us we had to wait 30 min for rotisserie chicken as they were out. This was at 6pm during a dinner rush. How can Swiss chalet be out of rotisserie chicken at 6 pm on a Sunday night. Very bad experience that's for sure. We ended up waiting because we wanted Swiss chalet, when we got home, we found out they gave us white meat when we asked for dark meat and they charged us for it. The same thing happened the second time we were there, aside from waiting 30 min this time they had chicken. I think this Swiss chalet is very unorganized and need better management.

Food was delicious. Service was fast. Dalisay V. gave excellent service! would recommend this location.
