I don't know if Ruth was having a bad day today but she was condescending to me. I learned from her that Hartford Federal does not do transfers between bank accounts. She also kept lecturing me to listen to her more. I am asking her to help me and not to lecture me. I would not recommend Harford Federal to friends and family.

This people is a joke, have been trying to get a pay-off quote for a customer (i work in a car dealer) for 2 days over the phone and looks like no one has idea what is going on there.. Kristal will keep telling you how whoever works in the landing department is not there and then let you in hold for a couple of minutes, then ask you to call again, or something like that and then you just have to repeat the process.

ATM is down/closed on several occasions. Today I went there to make a deposit at the ATM, is the ATM working, yes...but of course they don't have any envelopes to make a deposit which of course you NEED to make a deposit unlike other banks. So now my account will overdraft tomorrow; thank you HFCU.
