AAA West Hartford

I’m trying to call the West Hartford office to see if it open do to a snow storm we are having and I don’t want to take the trip if to get there the doors will be locked. I have made 3 calls just to be lost in computer hell. It’s impossible to get an actual human on the phone. It’s “ push 2 for English... 7 for this.. 4 for that.. etc..”. I’ve guess I have to just drive there and hope for the best. AAA, I hope you listen and make it more convenient for your customers because right now I’m on the fence if I want to join AAA or not.

I don't usually write a review for anyone however; I just had to say something about my experience with AAA. Usually when I have trouble with any of my vehicles, the AAA guy comes and offers a tow or gives me gas or changes a tire. Never have I had anyone from AAA go above and beyond a tow call and try to actually fix my car. On one of the coldest nights in New England, this guy was under the car, under the hood and even took the back seat out of my Stratus trying to get the fuel pump to work so I could get home. Unfortunately, the fuel pump was broken and it had to be fixed. He towed it to one of the nearby auto repair shops and even locked up and placed the key in the drop box for me so I could go straight home with a family member who came to get me. Matthew, I don't know what they are paying you but I think you deserve a raise! Thank you for the best customer service I have ever received from AAA.

Staff are RUDE and unhelpful!!! The DMV staff asked if my passport and SS card has the same name as my old license!!! What kind of question is this??!! Is it because I have a baby face and am Asian? They also reject one of my postmarked Mail!!! The person also said my address is not on the bank statement!!! These people are not qualify to do this job!!!
