Hardee's

I've been here a few times. I like the food enough, but the service needs improvement. I once ordered a single burger to go and waited patiently to the side. Many customers who ordered after me got their food before me until one lady who just got her food pointed at me and said "That young man has been here before me has been waiting over a half an hour." Many other people chimed in with similar comments. The worker asked in the back ,"Where's 19?" (#19 my order) To which I heard the response, "Oh we skipped it. Make it fast and give him a coupon." Got a handed a piled together burger and a coupon for a free meal, and no apology. I keep giving then more chances because the staff rotates new employees often enough, at some point they should get it right.

Went here during lunch and waited in line for about 15 minutes. After watching the employees go back and forth from the dining area to the kitchen, we noticed they were working without gloves, touching customers food. We told the cashier he should say something to them but he ignored it and kept helping other people while people were getting served food that was touched with BARE, UNWASHED HANDS. After the cashier was done taking orders, he went back and started gathering people’s food together but did not wash his hands nor put on gloves and he just got done dealing with money. We decided to ask for a refund and went somewhere else. This restaurant has horrible service and multiple customers walked out after hearing the complaints about the no gloves, no hand washing issue. One guy even threw his burger in front of the cashier and walked out because his order was wrong. VERY UNSANITARY!!!

Took forever for them take order and to put order in only to find out they had No hot ham and cheese! Waste of time!! Smell of Marijuana in the place didn't impress me!! Bathroom was Horrible!! Never going back!!

Omg so slow service. Ordered 2 roast beefs 2 ham & cheese & 2 fries took 20 mins to get my food and only 1 other table inside ordering. Wont be going back to this location. VERY POOR LESS THAN 1 STAR 🙁

Waiting time after I placed my order was to long, and one of my items was missing. Food was good.
