There were 2 cars at the window waiting for their order. I pulled up to the menu and waited 8 min patiently to place my order. Finally I pulled up my car an inch to see if the other 2 cars were gone. I quietly said to my passenger, "i wonder whats going on, the other two cars are gone." Then I heard over the speaker, QUOTE- "YOU GUYS ARE JUST GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT." I would have waited if it wasn't for such RUDE customer service. There are better ways to ask a customer to wait. I wasn't even being loud or rude or impatient. All i did was inch my car up to take a look, and THATS how i'm told to wait!? Terrible customer service!
