SUBWAY®Restaurants

I went here the other day and it was a terrible experience. It was extremely dirty and the manager was rude right from the start. While I was looking at the menu, Nicki the manager said "Stop touching the chip rack!" in a very rude way. I looked at her quite stunned and she said "Can't you read the sign? It's broken. So stop touching it." She was so rude I thought she was kidding. I proceeded to order anyway and was told "We only have Italian and flatbread left today." And it was around 1pm. When we finally made it to the vegetables they were out of lettuce, onion, pickles, and banana peppers. This basically ruined my sandwich, so I politely asked "Is there any in the back?". Nicki then told me "If you want to sit down and wait about 30 minutes when I prep them, yeah." while rolling her eyes. I explained to her I don't want to purchase the sandwich with no vegetables, she threw it away without responding and started helping the next customer. This was easily the worst retail experience I've ever had in my life. This place is a joke and an embarrassment to the Subway brand.

Never saw a a subway so dirty. Poor girl working had only been there a week and it showed. Messiest sandwich I've ever had and didn't give me napkins. Also the chicken in my sandwich is frozen. If I could do a negative rating I would.

The manager of this Subway is terrible at her job. She doesn't do a good job building the sandwiches, she never smiles, she glares at you, she barks orders at you, and one time I was waiting to be served for five minutes while she just stood there at the cash register. Eventually, I just left. I used to eat at this Subway all the time because I work at the Walmart, but I think I'll just be buying frozen meals for my lunches from now on. This manager clearly doesn't want my money.

You get less meat on a footlong then u do on a 6 inch! I cant believe that nor did I know that.

I have an 18 month old and an 8 month old. I got turned down service because I wouldn't park my kids whom were In my shopping cart full of paid groceries...outside of the subway. are you serious right now? no carts allowed ok...but I am not about to park my two young children outside your stupid store to order a sandwich to go! To go! All I wanted was one sandwich, I was going to order and be on my merry way. I cannot believe she asked me to park my kids outside of the store. I will never buy a sub here again.
