This McDonalds is the closest one to where I live… it’s the only reason I continue to go there. The service is generally very slow for “fast food.” As for my order… EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through the drive through they forget my sauce. I watch the kids in the window stand there and stare at the people packing the bags. I worked fast food back when I was in high school and the person at the window is the last line of defense. They are supposed to double check the order and make sure everything is right. The sauce station is right next to them. How do they forget it so often it’s frustrating, then I have to go around and wait in line or go inside to get my sauce so what was the point of the drive-through? And many people say it’s just sauces it’s not that big of a deal, but that’s my point! such a small easy detail is missed. What else are they forgetting? What else is getting skimped?

Despite ALL the RECENT bad reviews here, I typically have the best service at this location in the area. Thus, the 3 However, the past 3 times I have been at this location, my Chicken nuggets are ALWAYS undercooked, same with the McChicken. The fries are now always cold, they used to be served hot and fresh.. ESPECIALLY when you are THE ONLY ONE in the lobby!! Couldn't even finish the L fries, which was all I ordered besides a McChicken. BOTH undercooked and COLD

went there one time got that new Bacon Cajun Ranch McCrispy asked for no crinkle cut pickles but when i am eating it i taste crinkle cut pickles and my BACON! cajun ranch McCrispy has no bacon, and when i thought it could not get any worse my fires were salty and stale , sad sad day that was for me

Got into drive through line at 10:46pm made it to the order at 10:58pm because of how slow they were. After waiting they played the recording that they are now closed and turned the drive through lights off. Frustrating, they could have turned the lights off before we sat in that line for almost 15 minutes, especially if they were going to stop taking orders before the 11 closing time.

I had a wonderful experience at this location today. Everyone was friendly and I didn’t get jipped on fries like I do at most locations. Also after a horrifying experience at the location on Division by CVS in St. Cloud it was so nice to have such a great experience this time here. Even though it’s a further drive for me, I may just start going to this location going forward, everyone was amazing!
