McDonald's

Sartell Minnesota a person with disabilities was waiting on us. And then all of a sudden someone else takes over for her. I told the guy why was she being replaced she was doing just to find job. The next thing I hear is her being scolded by the manager a female. I asked her if she was alright she said yes and not to say anything to her manager I was very upset. She was just doing her job no one else was in the McDonald's inside part. Just me and my three grandchildren. When I asked the guy why he took over he did not answer. He asked if I had everything I wanted but he never went through the list of everything that was on the screen. And I couldn't see it so therefore I said yes. So he printed it out. When the girl returned she said you know I don't think you have your double cheeseburger order. I said okay will place that order please. I have save the receipts from that night which was Saturday night last week. I plan on calling corporate because I think it was a disgrace to our society that if you have any form of special needs and you are hired by the general public to work and they mistreat you themselves as an employee what do you think our general population is going to to do to anyone with special needs. Our society is not a very nice Society. And McDonald's has shown how they react to Special Needs People. Instead of lifting a helping hand or asking if she needed any help instead she was punished embarrassed and ashamed. Well for other stood around and looked I wonder how she felt. The ones she was working with. I am very saddened by this because my granddaughter is also special needs and she was there to watch it all.

It is the best McDonald's in the St Cloud area. Service is good. Restaurant is clean. The food is prompt and presented very well.

Always fast, this mcdonalds always has fresher (hotter) food and wont mess up your order as much as hwy 10 Mcdonalds. The staff are always friendly and easy to joke with.

I gone back to get dinner for my kid. I asked for a double cheese burger and I got bacon cheeseburger. I had to go inside and the manager never said anything beside. "Hold please we will get a double cheeseburger." No sorry and let me fix it or that me get your money back. I paid for a bacon cheeseburger not a double cheeseburger. I had to wait in line for 5 minutes.
