Hardee's

Well, our experience started out bad at the drive thru ordering speaker. The employee who took our order sounded new, confused, and we had to go over our order and make changes several times. He seemed unfamiliar with the product line. But hey...he was new. Then, after what seemed an eternity, we were met by a "seasoned" employee who was sort of just hanging out at the window, not doing a thing to help the newbie except apologize for taking so long. The order was all wrong, the milk shake was not shaken but a lump of hard ice cream floating in milk, the burger a sloppy mess of everything my 6 year old did NOT want, the chicken sandwich was a hockey puck, and no napkins!

Absolutely DISGUSTING restaurant!!! If you care about the cleanliness of the place making your food, Hardee's in Brookings is NOT a place to go!!!!! Dirty restaurant means the management is unable to do their job. As a franchise, they should be embarrassed!!!

The sandwich was good. The jalopeno poppers were so overcooked that there was nothing but a shell. Fries ok. The restaurant was dirty. Not my normal Hardees experience.
