Very nice staff, and super fast for a sit down place. Chips and salsa are free as an appetizer, and they are good. A lot of the food is kind of the same, but it still tastes good.

So good! Delicious margaritas and awesome food. Service and prices are great too. I would have given 5 🌟but my water glass had lipstick on it and the spoon they brought out with my sour cream had a sticky thumb print on the handle. Need a better dishwasher maybe...

Every time I've eaten here over the last few years it's always been a good experience. The food is awesome and the staff are polite. It starts with fresh chips and salsa they give you while your waiting on your food, which usually isn't too long of a wait. They're usually good at keeping your drink topped off and asking if you need anything. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that I only eat there maybe once a year, just because I don't eat in anywhere very often. The last visit it's like the waitress forgot about us after we ordered the food. I wanted a soda pop, not water. After 15 or 20 minutes the waitress told us it would be a few minutes on the soda because they were switching co2 on the machine, finally 10 minutes later we get soda, and our food. Usually there topping my drink off by that point. I base my tips on the ability for me to keep a drink in front of me while I'm eating so she pretty much got a pity tip. At least the food was good, I'm definitely going to be a little worried the next time I want to eat there, probably bring a soda in worth me just in case.

Guadalajara's in Brookings serves a delicious meal starting out with warm chips & salsa. The servers are friendly & attentive. Prices are reasonable. There are many choices on the menu. Enjoyable experience.
