Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Ordered our food and waited 45 minutes. We asked our server where it was and was told we were waiting on the kids burger (what?!). So another 5 minutes go by and we finally start getting our food...not even all at the same time (kids food came out after ours). We go to take a bite and the adults food is cold. Like...not luke warm...COLD. Our server is MIA so we get the manager. While we are waiting ANOTHER 15 minutes for our new food, my 5 yr old asks me to help him out his last bites of him first cheese burger back together (buns fell off) so I grab it and find a curly short red hair IN the burger. Nope. All done. Manager comes to give us our redos, we give him back the kids burger, hair and all. While they did comp our meal, we will not be eating there again.

The Cedar Chicken entree was superb, I edoecially enjoyed the moist & tender chicken, & the sauce used with it. The Cranberries with the Rice, was a special treat slso. My husband had the whiskey hamburger entree, which was good too, especially The bun used..not too large. However the French fries were way too salty. It would be best to let us add the extra salt, if we do desired.

The food was ok. The people were friendly. We didn't get everything we ordered and got overcharged for some of the specials. Tried to get it fixed but they couldn't do anything about the specials... Not a great experience. We won't be going back.
