Gone here since I was in college backnIn 2003. Great place to gather in brookings. Can accommodate Large crowds.nnI called ahead for a group of 15 and they were fantastic to work with

We were visiting and meeting up for a large team meal. It was noted on the website that they have a private room and easily made a reservation over the phone. We had around 30 guests and the service was prompt for that many people. The food did take some time as the restaurant was bustling for a Saturday lunch crowd. It was quite impressive how they worked well together and served our group well. The drinks and food were delicious. I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with the waffle fries. The sandwich had a nice spice level and fries were good! Kids meals are decent sized and affordable. Side note, they graciously allowed some of the team to stay and watch a championship game.Thanks again Cubby's for a great team lunch in a private space!

Had another great experience at Cubby's. Fresh, quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Busy, even on a slow weekend, but with plenty of room. Wife and I had burgers, which were thick and hot, and the waffle fries are the best. Can't go wrong with Cubby's if you need to eat in Brookings!!

Very nice place to eat, environment was awesome, place was clean, sandwich was unfortunately dry and the patty was over well done, the rest of the food was awesome! I wished I could order medium rare. was just too dry. took an additional patty for $5 and figured it was higher than other restaurants I've known but it was a larger size.

My cook of a husband is very picky and nit picks EVERYTHING. This was the first meal we've had since moving to Brookings that he had not a single complaint and absolutely loved. Y'all will get the biggest raves from us. Thank you so much!!!
