The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Niagara Falls Courtyard

Good meal for most of our party. My steak was supposed to be medium rare. I think it wouldn’t have qualified as rare. The waiter said “I’ll get you a fresh one “ . Then I had my same steak re delivered . I asked how come the same steak was delivered and was told that my waiter was referring to a fresh twice baked potato. I said “thanks for the twice baked steak”. Not an expert but steaks have blood vessels that expand and contract with changes in temperature. So I don’t know if re cooking is the optimal solution at 100$ a plate . But hey I got a free desser and 25% off “my steak “

Top notch. Great service, the quality you expect of a Keg. If you get DJ as your bartender, you are in for a great experience. Would go again.

So far had to wait forever to check in. What's the point of a mobile check in when I arrive I still need to give them all my information and credit card when it's all on the marriot hotel app. That's a first for me every other marriot I've stayed at had my key always ready to go. Having Having a keg in the place makes it a whole lot better reason to stay. Hotel is a bit out of date. Our jacuzzi didn't work properly at all jets were very weak. Just remember if stay here ask for a higher up floor or else u will be looking at nothing. Which sucks. Cheers

The worst Keg I have been to. The service was awful, poor teamwork, food was cold, and the manager was dismissive and rude.

Great service and a delicious meal. The server was friendly and engaged in conversation. The food was exceptional and of the quality that one has come to expect of The Keg. The cheesecake for dessert was a great topper on the end of the meal.
