Great service here, decent pizza but pretty greasy. Seemed expensive for what it was but it is a resort town with limited food options aimed at tourists. Would go back

Never got to order cause the guy answering was so rude. Dropped me twice on the phone without even asking if i was ok to hold then the second time he came back on he acted like he didnt even know we had been talking and was haughty. I just hung up. Not spending 60$ to someone who is rude on the phone.

I would rate a " -10" if this website would allow it. My husband and I just ordered delivery off of the website. Our order did not come as we expected, we called to request for them to replace it, not only did they refused to replace it they were also very rude and hung up on our ear!!!!!!!! I chose not to eat my meal as I was allergic to what they brought me however my husband ate his and it made him sick. There was also a hair found in the food. Not to mention our order was 45 minutes late. It's one thing to receive cold food that is not what you ordered but then to have zero customer service is absurd. This is our first night In ecluetet and this is not a great start. Thanks but no thanks harbour pizza factory !!!!!!!!!
