Open April - September.-- We take a clean approach to a simple proven menu. From fresh local Seafood to BBQ racks of Ribs, AAA steaks and gourmet Burgers. Making it from scratch is a must. The venue is as unique as it gets. Westcoast atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. We are minutes from the best Surfing in the Country, and also have Whale watching and Fishing Charters tied to our docks.

This is the first time we visit the Floathouse. The seafood chowder is the best I ever have! The batter cod is very fresh and the batter is thin! All other dishes we had are very delicious and I would definitely recommend to anyone! Wonderful atmosphere and service too! A true 5-star
We showed up at around 6 pm on a nice day and it was packed. But we got a table pretty soon as we didn't care to sit outside to enjoy the view like others. The service team was great! You were able to tell, everyone was working hard but still being positive. Sorry, my pictures don't do the food justice as the lighting inside wasn't good. We were to order Calamari but changed our mind when we heard the mussels are on special. I am so glad we did as these were excellent!! I ordered the Lemon Dill Rockfish and my boyfriend had the Blackened Rockfish, both dishes were quite tasty. We then ordered some dessert mouse and cheese cake to take home/campground as we were so stuffed. I would totally recommend this place go back any time if I would live closer.
We had an excellent meal here in the Ucluelet harbour. The restaurant was very popular but we didn't have to wait long for an outside table. I had the tasty salmon see photo and my wife enjoyed the blackened rockfish with mango. Great service and choice of craft beers. .
Quirky floating restaurant in Ucluelet on the harbour. Opened at 12:30 and already a dozen people ahead of us. Picked the seafood chowder and the king prawns in white wine and garlic. Quite a few things on the menu I would have also picked. Prompt service and food and drinks arrived quickly. Really enjoyed the place.
Dining on this boat restaurant put me really feel on holiday - dining on the water, in fresh air, with a view of sailboats. Service was good. Food was absolutely fantastic. All 5 of us loved our entrees, and the chocolate mousse desert. The salt and pepper chicken wings were perfection. Rockfish with mango salsa was very good.
