Employees lack customer service skills. No one said hi upon my entry and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes until someone acknowledged me. I asked to speak with the manager and provide feedback about the customer service, but she seemed like she didn't care. I will never use this credit union again.

I had the worse experience with this branch- I went in and there was no customer just me,  I didn't even get get a hi or how are you.  After a minute he asked me what can he do for me- told him I needed to close an account. Not once he even looked at me, he was soooo short and didn't even care why I was closing my accounts. I went to close one account but after his reaction I ended up closing my whole relationship with this bank. Never going back here
