They will nickel and dime you on transactions, namely payments made to a loan. Online - they will charge you, over the phone - they will charge you. No real simple way to pay for a loan with this bank. Make it simple, one log in and conduct your business.

Wallet was recently stolen.  Was out of town first time in this branch.  Confirmed my identity and withdrew a small amount of cash.

Not happy that the y relocated the Issaquah location then the Woodinville location is not open on Satturdays anymore.  It was convenient having the branch within walking distance.  Now I have to drive just to go to the branch. I'm done with that.

Had banked at a national chain for over 30 years, no thanks.  I'll stick with a local credit union.  The staff is always curteous and willing to help you.

I would never bank anywhere else! Harborstone makes you feel welcome and like you're banking with your friends.
The Issaquah Branch is always so friendly and willing to help.
