My favorite place to purchase groceries and/or other gadgets. Feels like home with such welcoming staff and friendly faces, and I never think twice about bringing my kids or my wife inside of this establishment,! Thank you King’s County Market!
Clean small town grocery. Easy in and out and quality foods
It's a nice place to shop if you don't shop here for "all" your groceries. you will be better off going to Walmart driving the extra 25 miles round trip. Almost everything at Walmart is $1.50-$3.00 cheaper. some non food items are over 55% less at Walmart for the same item. I'd only shop at county for small things or ingredients some bigger stores don't have. Some people might argue it's not worth driving the extra miles to get food but mathematically sometimes it is worth it. it's not a bad place to shop but Walmart will literally save you more then a few grand per year if you feed a family.
An employee just mimed hitting my child. I will not be bringing my business there again and will be asking my neighbors to avoid, as well.
Constantly have to check expiration dates here. I've bought expired product numerous times....Moldy produce being one of the worst, as well as the 1-2 month past expiration coconut/almond milk. This trip I wasn't able to buy my cage free eggs because every single pack was 1-8 days past the date, they were also on sale, so no surprise there. It's also difficult to find anything not expired, expiring within 2 days, molding, or rotting I'm the organic section. I plan on driving to Elk River from now on.
I shop here almost 4 or 5 days a week. Sometimes more. Easy access to the main road. HWY 47.very friendly people who work there. I know almost everyone. Including the owner. Competitive prices. There cake decorator Sara is Totally Amazing.
The Deli has great fried chicken! The produce always looks good and the shelves are well stocked. I've never met a rude employee, and almost all of them seem to be actively enjoying their jobs.
Typically I do all my shopping there. I went this past weekend and I was absolutely shocked to see that only one employee had a mask on. All the deli workers, customer service and the stockers did not. I don't think that it should necessarily be a requirement for patrons, however, I do always wear one since I work in Healthcare and I wear one to protect others not myself but I was shocked that only one cashier was wearing one. Really disappointed.
I like the convenience of this place, only about a mile and a half from home, but they don't seem interested in refilling their bulk dog treat supply. They have 10 large bins for dog treats but 7 of them have been empty for over a month. We called them today to see if they had any and were assured that the bins were filled but when I was shopping today they were still empty.
I got my stuff and went to self checkout at 8:30 am today, an older lady came up to me saying she was trying to get my attention to go to her register which is my bad I really didn't see or hear her I was 3 items in when she told me, I apologized and asked if she wanted me to go to her register, she said no and that she'd stay there. She proceeded to stand within 6 feet of me making me feel pressured to go fast. She was very rude to me and I would have preferred her to leave me be while I checked my self out at self-checkout.
