I have worked with about 10 loan officers over the years (after weeding out hundreds) and Steve Ferrell with his team is the best! It's very difficult to find a knowledgeable L.O. who also offers the best rates and Steve is at the top of the list for both! I will definitely be recommending his services to anyone in need!

Academy Mortgage has been an amazing brokerage firm to work with. Kim Wolcott was on every little detail the whole way through and kept us up to date . We had a very involved loan with LOTS of MOVING PARTS, We had two 1031 tax exchanges and a re-fi prior to the new JUMBO Loan purchase in Arizona. She made it happen!!
