Great staff, and service. But it cost is high compared to others. if you lower your prices by 10 to 20% I would go more often. Cost of living in ontario is high, and still going up with little wage increase. So make it little more affordable, and you will see a lot more people come in counting me. They also need more people to massage. They have a lot of rooms, and hard to for walk ins to get a massage.

I found a very reasonable Introductory Offer for this spa and booked an appointment. About a week after I scheduled the appointment I received a phone call from a woman, claiming to be the owner, threatening to cancel my appointment if I didn't provide her with credit card details. Needless to say, I did not give out that information and was surprised that a guarantee was not taken at time of booking, particularly because she was so forceful about it. When I refused to release my credit card details to someone I couldn't be sure was who they said they were she responded with "That's fine. You don't have to be our client." There are plenty of places out there offering excellent service for a good price and I don't believe this is one of them. Shop around!

Didn't meet all my expectations, but overall fine, nothing spectacular. Only worth it because of the introductory price. I booked two massages for the same time slot, and they put us in the same room, which was odd seeing as we were there to get treated for recent car accident whiplash and not couples massage! Probably wouldn't go back

I came here today and asked the receptionist if they did eyebrow threading. She said yes, but I would have to wait for the esthetician. I waited for about 10 minutes and then the esthetician came out saying “eyebrow waxing?” I repeated that I wanted threading he said he didn’t know how to do threading, only waxing or he could tweeze. Since I had already been waiting I said okay to tweezing. Once we got to the room and he started on my eyebrows he commented that he wouldn’t be able to get all the hairs with tweezing, maybe we should do wax. I said no because waxing irritates my skin, which is why I do threading in the first place. He spent a while tweezing my eyebrows and when he was finished I took a look and said it was fine and paid and left. When I got home and looked closer I could see there were tons of very obvious hairs left that I had to pluck myself. I would expect to pay maybe $5 for a job like this, but not the $16.95 that it cost. The esthetician was nice enough, but the receptionist was a bit odd. My question is: Why even offer a service if you know you can’t do a good job? I could have easily gone somewhere else and paid half the price for a better job.
