Hampton Inn Oneonta

We brought the grandchildren to the Hampton Inn for a staycation to get them used to being in a hotel. The day and evening desk staff were excellent! Especially Kerry, who was nice enough to upgrade our room to a suite! The kids kept calling it the penthouse. They swam, and made their own waffles at breakfast! Very well stocked snack room, too, for late night munchies. Everything is neat, clean, and well staffed.

Room was fine. Although it definitely smelt like someone had smoked in it before my arrival. Didn't ask to change rooms as the smell wasn't too bad. Other than that the room was fine.

Stayed here traveling for work. The bed was super comfy. The room was clean. Cookies and coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was great too.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Kerry saw to all our needs, and even offered us refreshments after our long journey. The room was immaculate and comfortable with every detail for our stay provided for....

Here a couple times a year. Never have any issues. Everyone's been nice. I recommend going to Jays if you need a recommendation.
