We had the pleasure of staying 2 years in a row at 2 different places through Cooperstown Family Rentals. We were more then pleased with the clean, affordable and close houses. Both houses we rented were in Milford and only 5 minutes from the ball fields. The houses were just as described on the website and very easy to get to. June Perry also stopped by both times to see if we needed anything and to tell us about any local places to go. She made sure everything was great and clean. It was just like a home away from home and it was great getting "Southern Hospitality" all the way in New York. I highly recommend Cooperstown Family Rental and if you have any questions about anything on the website to call them and they can answer your questions.

Just finished renting a cottage through June Parry. A great rental agent and even better negotiator. Cooperstown Family Rentals have my 10+ recommendation. Ken

Beautiful, clean, bright and very spacious, Applefield House was the perfect place to stay. Our family had all the comforts and conveniences of home while enjoying breathtaking views in this hilltop, country setting. We couldn't be happier with Cooperstown Family Rentals. Thanks Jim and June for your hospitality!

Our family stayed at a house offered on Cooperstown Family Rentals last year, and we simply loved it! It was the Milford House. Our friends stayed at Park Place and raved about it as well. The houses are fully equipped with everything you may need, linens, towels, utensils, dishes, and our favorite - BBQ grill. This year our youngest son's baseball team was invited to Dreams Park. We contacted June from Cooperstown Family Rentals once again, and was lucky enough to book at Park Place this time. We are looking forward to our trip back upstate this Summer.
