Had to ask for a different room after check-in.  First room felt like we were in the "Jason Voorhees Motel" - very 50's/60's style in dire need of updating.  Found someones dirty socks in the corner, pubic hair in the sink and the TV was on when we walked in - felt like there was already someone staying there.  Requested move to main building - second room was cleaner, but can use some updating.

Great staff, quiet place to get some rest. There was some issues with our room. Place. Not something they couldn't handle though.

Courteous, friendly, and funny staff, that are not afraid to go out of their way to help you. I had such a great experience here. Showed up here tired overworked, frustrated, and stressed beyond belief. But the staff and Goodyear lake completely turned those emotions into happiness, joy, and fulfilment. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
