Quick service, came within three hours. Only fixed what was wrong. Fair pricing on parts and labour. Will use them again. Recommend them. Only thing l can say negative is l felt they rushed my conversations on the phone, but that could be because they were busy, and l had called after hours on a Friday night. They did explain everything to me and were trustworthy in their conversations. I received the invoice stated "paid" quickly the next day.

I would recommend Home  Comfort to anyone looking for a furnace. Our furnace broke down during this cold spell.  They were quick to respond, very helpful trying to repair our old furnace in order to get us through till it could be replaced. When installing our new furnace  staff were very knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent service .

I got a new furnace and AC installed through Home comfort. I shopped around a bit and their pricing was very fair for the system I had put in plus they offered some great rebates. Once I decided on the system I wanted it was installed quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend Hamilton Home Comfort.

Last Wed, a cold winter afternoon, we suddenly had no heat. Hamilton Home Comfort arrived promptly at the scheduled time on Thurs. The service tech AJ clearly explained our repair vs replace options. By Fri afternoon we had a new furnace installed and running. The technician was not only competent and professional but also a nice person to have in our home. The office staff were also great to deal with.  Nobody likes to spend their winter vacation funds on a new furnace but HHC made the experience almost enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We are so glad that we found this gem of a store.  Brendan was helpful and provided all the information we needed to make an informed choice.  Hamilton Home Comfort offered the best combination of price and availability we found in a wide area of GTA West/Burlington/Hamilton.  Thank you Hamilton Home Comfort - we will see you again!
