Been here a couple of times years apart and it's still as good as I remember it. Both our burgers and appetizers were so good! During our most recent visit, we had the Hawaiian Punch Burger, Bacon Fat Popcorn, Strawberry Fields Forever Xtrm Shake, Great Balls of Fire with Bacon Jam, and the Magic Mushroom Burger. Portions were massive and so worth the price. We were literally stuffed! Staff was also excellent, friendly and efficient. Definitely a great place to go!
This was my first time going to the Ottawa street location, the quality of food and service is the same as the OG location! Our server Cora was on point the entire time, fantastic service! And the GM Adam ensured we enjoyed our meal. The food was fantastic as always, super fresh and high quality. We had the tater tot fondue to start, so good and just the right size. Both burgers were cooked to perfection and proper amount of toppings, I love that they don’t cheap out! And the feature shake was a nice way to finish the meal, perfect for sharing!
Great atmosphere and service. We enjoyed the appetizers more than the burgers. Their apps are big! If going for a date I would recommend go get 1 app to split and a burger and not to add the side. The highlight was the tatertot fondue. Very cute to eat with the fondue forks.
An amazing experience! amazing food! it was a different concept for me. I really enjoyed it, Britney was super friendly and helpful. She helped us with the menu and what kind of beer we would like to choose, and kept check on us every now and then. Definitely going back. Thanks for the lovely experience.
Very nice atmosphere and friendly servers! I liked how the place was decorated and it was kept pretty clean. I enjoyed my food and experience here. We sat inside but they do have a patio opened. There was a good selection of dishes on their menu and the server was great at checking up on us!
Came here as I happened to be in Hamilton for the day. Called in for pickup and the gentleman was very kind and patient and recommended the Biggie Mac. The sesame bun was a great first bite as most places use a potato bun. The burger was juicy and the bacon was perfectly cooked and has the perfect g melted cheese. The produce to meat ratio was ideal and although the price is a little steep it is well worth the price. The fries were also hand cut, fresh, and crunchy one every nite. Would definitely come back to try the rest of there burgers and maybe to even dine-in one day when Covid restrictions are not in place. Support local businesses through this difficult time.
Great spot with quite a variety of unique burgers! Tried a few different appetizers. The Bacon Fat Popcorn was definitely an interesting meal I gotta say. Not exactly my favorite as the popcorn wasn't really hot as I anticipated it would be not sure if its supposed to be freshly popped in bacon fat or more just having the bacon in it makes it what it is, but I really enjoyed the drunken duck wings, and tater tot fondue. My burger was great! And honestly super filling as well.
Ordered the Build Your Own Burger. For $16 per burger, totally worth it. There's so many options, you won't be disappointed. I was originally ready to write this restaurant chain off because of the horrible food I had from the King William location last year, but the Ottawa St location redeemed the company name. If you want an amazing burger, head to Ottawa St location. Added photos from my 2 trips to that specific location.
The burgers were excellent - different and delicious! The poutine - possibly the best outside of Quebec, the gravy was tasty and the fries done just right. Onion rings also great. The Caesar was soooo tasty. Add to that excellent service and we will soberly be coming back.
I really enjoyed the burgers here. I had the Biggie Mac and my partner the Classic Brgr. The Biggie Mac is awkward to eat, but very delicious. The buns are actually grilled cheese sandwiches, so it's very cheesy. Beef patties are well seasoned. Unfortunately the fries are not included with the burgers and cost extra. Fries are somewhat average, definitely not bad though. I ordered a Classic Caesar which is well seasoned with worcestershire and had a good spicy kick from tobasco. Staff are attentive and not intrusive. I look forward to returning soon!
