Service was quick and came with a smile. Can tell it was prepared fresh as there was a small wait which was around 5 mins. Ordered the big wack which was basically their version of a big Mac with double patties, excellent. Order the loaded fries regular size. My opinion the food was great, burger frozen or fresh was good, fries were well done as they should when loaded up and the ranch was a nice touch - though I would ask for extra Nacho cheese. They doubted I could finish.... Don't ever doubt me again lol!
I ordered the Big Wack and I was not disappointed. It’s a giant burger and very juicy. I found the burger a bit salty. Aside from that I loved it and will order again but ask for them to go easy on the salt. The biggest problem I have with this place is the location. It’s not the cleanest area and it’s definitely not a safe place. The parking lot at Tim Hortons is a mess with a lot of odd characters that isn’t family friendly. They maybe better off to move the location more east towards Stoney Creek even. If you are in the area try it. If you’re not from the area like me you’ll fully understand what I’m saying.
Amazing fries supreme and a ceaser chicken sandwich, will be going back for more!!! He makes the best fries! It was quick and he was very friendly, i will be adding pics it my dishes when done
Owner thinks his burgers are the best. What a joke! Nobody is ever there. They use Peanut Oil which is almost never thrown out and when they do throw it out, it's thrown on the sidewalk. I am so happy that I am not allergic to peanuts. There is also no sign about it anywhere. Not a very good thing if you are allergic and are not aware.
I ate at this hole once and never again ! I didn’t return my extremely salted hamburger because I’ve heard stories of kitchen staff spitting in food if it’s returned so it’s something I don’t do. I should have just given a homeless person my money because my burger was so nasty I chucked it in the garbage. I came on here to place my review and all I can say is WOW ! The owner certainly thinks he’s a tough guy. Maybe you should take a few courses in business and human relations. You are as salty as your food buddy ! I wish I could give ZERO stars.
The owners attitude and responses to people are honestly baffling. Even the older reviews he’s had a bad attitude and blames the customer, even if they still complimented the food and said it was good! Good luck buddy cause word of mouth spreads fast, and if your going to work in a public industry you need to present yourself respectfully and professionally.
Excellent food but they need more cost friendly and child friendly options. And PLEASE do a grilled chicken burger! Frozen breaded chicken strips are not a chicken burger! You can’t buy a good grilled chicken burger anywhere these days, corner that market!
The first time I went there, I got the cheese and bacon fries. Cheese was only on top and once I got through that, I was left with plain fries that had so much salt on them, I couldn't eat them. I like some saltthough I didn't ask for any but it was inedible. I like to support a new and local business so I thought I would give them another try. Maybe it was a one off. The second time I went, it was closed. Third time I went5 days later, it was closed. I am done wasting my time on this place. You need to open when you say you are open. It is waste of time on my lunch break. Edit: In response to the owner: Second visit was at 3:30pm on a Friday and the third visit was at 3:10pm on a Tuesday. I don't think inedible food and not being open during your posted hours and wasting my break is a petty thing. Sorry pal, 3 strikes, you're out! Second edit: This owner contacted me on Facebook to tell me to remove this review because it was pretty petty. I will now be petty. I guess the truth really hurts. I declined and he wrote me some insults then blocked. He then posted in my Facebook group to tell everyone how I wasn't a nice person for writing this review. Another Admin. saw it and sent it to me. What a immature, unprofessional coward!
Food is great employees phenomenal definitely a Hidden Gem in Hamilton. I got the medium poutine was very good definitely recommend it.
Honestly, never been here and will never go after seeing the owner attacking people in the Hamilton Neighbourhood Watch Group. The guy who owns this is clearly some thug/entitled little B by the way he talks and his aggression towards customer criticism. You can even see it in his responses on Google. A true narcissist right here. Does he think he’s going to get 5 stars every time? Learn to listen to your customers rather than attack them, perhaps your business will succeed. I’ll continue to watch this unfold on Facebook. Don’t try messaging me with your salty attitude on FB either, this account is under a pseudonym.. to the owner: that means fake name. Heading to your competition for lunch right now too.
