They were fast and polite. I normally expect to spend and hour or more waiting in line just to renew a passport, but here we were in and out in no time.

Great and friendly staff and very quick service. I wanted to retrieve my social insurance number and they were very nice and comforting. Highly recommend this branch.

Front staff could sound happier to be doing their job then sounding like it's a hassle to answer our questions about a rush passport. You work in a customer service job maybe smiling or sounding like you actually want to be at your job. Also the website could be more clear that they do not do rush passports.

Brilliant experience. Everyone was more than helpful. We were told the wait would be about 20 minutes, which is way shorter than the old Mississauga or Hamilton offices. We were seen in less than 15 minutes, less than 1/2 an hour from start to finish.
