SS D you are mistaken, I go into this office all the time, it is not a new office and they never have only 3 staff working. The new office is at Pacific Drive, not on Cross Ave. Back on topic, I was in the Cross Ave office last week as well, there was no line at all and 7 clerks on staff. I ended up talking with the manager and they have not been busy in months. Plus they all have name tags and there is no Jane at that office. Clearly you don't pay attention to details and choose to post scathing reviews out of your own misplaced anger. The manager of Cross Ave is always willing to go the extra mile, I had a strange request for a specific number plate and he happily opened up boxes to get one for me, he spent over 30 mins in the back helping me out (I'm guessing moving boxes around to find an 777 plate). Keep up the good work. (And don't listen to the negative reviews, as they are misplaced). :)

Service deserve zero star! Staff was very unprofessional to say the least. They apparently take data entry as priority over taking care of customers who are waiting in line. It is a newer office with fewer customers. With 3 operators, it took them over an hour to serve 7 customers in total! When I finally questioned the staff as of why it would take them over half an hour to change a photocopier cartridge, I was told by operator #3 to "stop complaining" because "you are not the only one who is waiting". I was just amazed by the fact that she actually noticed there were many people waiting in line, yet she chose to ignore the growing lineup and pretended to work on her data entry. Reading through all previous comments, the same curly hair woman with glasses (A.K.A. operator 3 or "Jane" if I am not mistaken) came up repeatedly in one star comments. She absolutely was the worst customer service I have received in years. The fact she is still working there makes me question ServiceOntario's sincerity when they say they are "committed to continuously improve services by focusing on the customers and listening to what you say".

1 star is far too generous for this place. I went in to transfer the ownership for a vehicle I just purchased. Upon going through the documents, the customer service rep and I discovered a problem and I was told that they would not be able to do the transfer for me. Now my issue isn't with the fact that my transfer got denied. My issue is with the witch behind the counter who could hardly be bothered to answer simple questions and speak to me like a human being. I have always gone to this office and I have never had any issues, for the most part the people who work there are quit pleasant. This woman on the other hand, was an absolute nightmare. Avoid the woman with dark wavy/ curly hair, and glasses unless you like being spoken to as if you're a dog. She very rudely told she has been working for service ontario for 30 years and she knows what's she doing but I think it may be time for her to do some serious retraining on her so called customer service skills.

I can't stress how much Kenzie at Service Ontario helped me out. Not to mention her speed was quick. I felt like I was in and out and I had 10 vehicle stickers to renew. I wish I could get her every time I went in.

Amazing service from super helpful staff and manager. They went out of their way to help me with my unconventional demand, and delivered. Exceptional customer service they have offered. This was my 4th time visiting, and the service gets better and better each time. Thank you all!
