Halifax Chrysler

I purchased a new Ram 1500 about a month ago and wanted to write about my experience. I first called salesman Jeff Crowther to discuss what I was looking for and in no time he found the perfect truck for me and my family. The next day I went in for a test drive where I was greeted by a very friendly Receptionist named Kara Marchand. From there I test drove the vehicle and I knew right away it was what I wanted. Jeff was very professional and helpful throughout the process and did an excellent job picking out the perfect truck based on my requirements. I dealt with Peter Smith for the financing portion of the process, and he was also very good to deal with. Overall the entire process went very smooth and now I am enjoying my awesome new truck. Big thanks to Jeff, Kara and Peter!

Very poor sales department, horrible service dept that can't get the right parts in.. and their constant calling to try and get money out of me for "service appointments" drives me nuts.. beats the sketchy mail I get sent from Dartmouth dodge though I guess. Over a week wait to get my truck brought in for a small issue... Why?

went to go trade my old car in at Halifax Chrysler, a very friendly sales female, Lizz gave me a hand and I had no idea what I wanted for a car, and she explored all my needs and wants and I was able to drive home in a new Cherokee! Go see her and the other great and friendly staff at Halifax Chrysler!

Was in touch with Chris about a new Ram 1500. He was very prompt for a few days. Then he basically stopped getting back to me. It's frustrating when your shopping for a new vehicle and salesperson or dealer leaves you hanging with a lack of responses. I'll move on. Spend my money elsewhere.
