Halibut House Fish and Chips

Me and my husband visit here regularly the service we get is truly wonderful they remember our order all the time. The owners are super friendly and personable. we come here to enjoy the burgers and fries also the halibut and chips, King cod it’s the best i ever tried they’re so fresh and delicious it’s a must try! The portion sizes is definitely worth your money. They also serve breakfast only on weekends and we always feel so happy and look forward for their breakfast Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu Parking: There’s a huge amount of parking place

4.5 Should be the rating for this place. Food is good, the fish is fresh with a crispy batter and the fries are great, not too greasy which is good. The portions are reasonable, the service is okay, only one person serving but at 5pm there wasn’t too many people. Parking is available in this place. The downside of it is that the prices are a bit high compared to other fish and chips places.

Quick service, fish and chips wasn’t greasy like other restaurants. Fries were crispy and they also give you a bottle of tartar sauce to use for the fish. Would come back if in the area.

I think this is an above average fish n chips joint, and the family that runs it seem very nice and hard working people. Special bonus points for their Poutine! It's actually one of my favorite places for that.

The fish tacos were very tasty, but the fish and chips were subpar - the fries did not taste good and the fish is rather strangely shaped and only one piece

The food was not the best. The fries were very stale and the salmon was very bland. Not worth the price. The service was good.

I haven't had Halibut taste this good ever, it's like they just went out and caught it before serving me.

Decided to give this establishment another try after a year passed and I was greatly impressed, I changed the 1 star rating I gave 11 months ago to a 5 star today with the Sea Food Platter my daughter brought me, great come back, and thanks for listening to your customers. Left is Sea Food Platter today & Right is Sea Food Platter a year ago.
