Hoping to get 12 pcs of latice to complete my new deck. First customer rep was not able to find it on the system, second rep much more qualified.... however I was told that they will not be able to find out till next Tuesday if the supplier has the item in stock.

It is nice when you can walk into a store, ask for their expertise and be able to trust it. Everyone wants to help you. It makes you feel like an old fashioned sales experience. I wish more stores would treat you like this. Job well done guys!

I have written two emails through Halliburton Lumber’s ‘Contact us’ page regarding information about a purchase I was trying to make. I was going to be spending a lot of money so expected at least a reply but heard absolutely nothing. Even a “sorry we can’t help” would have sufficed!

They always have a good selection and probably the most reasonable prices in the area. I couldn't find the wiring in the quantity I wanted. One of the reps dug a roll out from supplies. Things are always well laid out for the Contractors who start their workdays.

I have had the pleasure of attending the Halliburton timber Mart on two occasions. The first time was to get some paint and the lady that helped me was very knowledgable and went straight to the business of getting me exactly what I needed. I spoke with some other staff while I was there and got cashed out very efficiently. The second time I was there was with my wife and we were picking out the exterior finishes for a building that we are constructing. My wife and I are very particular and we were lucky enough to be helped by Louise Newton. She was patient, knowledgable and very efficient. Louise knew all of her products , We worked through all of the intricacies of the finishing details, colours and she even stayed after the store closed and didn't try to rush us out. The next morning I had follow-up emails detailing our discussions and the outstanding issues. Thanks to Louise and all the staff! What a great place to do business!
