This place is absolutely outstanding! I ordered the paneer tikka masala along with the butter chicken and garlic naan that is an absolute must never had a better Indian dish. Soujanya was our waitress and was happy, welcoming, appreciative of us being there and took wonderful care of us from the second we walked in. I love this place. Will return!!!
Truly wonderful Indian restaurant. Flavours were out of this world. Had the Chicken Tikka Masala and no such thing as too much garlic naan. Deep and yet subtle. Our server was lovely as well. Try and repeat, repeat!
New in the city I went with 4.7 rating. Second I linked the high priced menu with equally high quality food. Well I ordered Chicken Biryani and it’s bad chicken curry with plain white rice. So disappointing I was craving a Biryani so bad. Anyways this review is for people who do see the rating and reviews before ordering from a restaurant. Just tried second item from order. Veg samosas , so pathetic taste. Shana ready to fry Samosas taste same, I highly doubt it’s same
Simply superb food experience. We ordered vegetarian food and was delicious. Onion bhaji and Dahi puri is top class in shareable items. Butter Naan and main course Paneer Tikka masala were delicious and mouth watering. Lassi was authentic and seasoned with cardomom and saffron. A must visit restaurant. True Indian restaurant celebrating food Visited this place once again with friends and the experience was even better. This time we had chicken curry whuch was a perfect homemade style curry. Dahi puri and Samosa chaat were mouth watering. Kulcha, veg madras, butter garlic nans were amazing. To end the dinner with dessert - Kulfi - is the best ever we had in Toronto. Hospitality is also good and were very much welcoming . The day ended with happy faces
Good Indian food with great service. We ordered chicken tikka masala, lamb Biryani, and garlic naan. Wish they only used dark meat on the chicken Tikka masala. White meat pieces always become hard to chew on. Don't expect authentic dum Biryani, nonetheless Biryani tasted good. Some lamb pieces were hard to chew on. Garlic naan was good.
Super friendly host keeps constantly checking up on you… making sure the customers are comfortable, it is a small yet adequate dine-In place. Vegetarian food review Samosa Chaat: 4.5/5 samosa’s stuffing is yummy and beautifully cooked, a little less on Tamarind chutney but still can work around the taste, can go easy on the diced cucumber, rest of it was a great appetizer. Paneer Tikka masala: 5/5, I asked for Indian spicy they got it right! The kitchen is adjacent to sitting area and the moment red chilli hit the butter for tadka I knew it was going to be awesome!! Gajar ka Halwa: 4.5/5, Just the right ending to perfect dinner, it’s a good enough quantity for 2, and if you have sweet tooth it’s good for 1 person! I recommend sharing. Deducted 0.5 because I’m the one who enjoys it right when it is cooked, and i understand it’s a restaurant so it might have been prepared recently. Over all, I can fairly put 5 stars on it! Hope you find this helpful!!!
They can make me feel better with Indian food. Garlic naan and butter naan is the best naan I ever eat.
I ordered paneer kadhai and biryani, raita included. The paneer kadhai was good but felt a bit overly spicedand the taste was a bit weird. The biryani was yum. I did expect better.
4 stars for the food and plus 1 for their service! Fine Indian taste matched with good presentation!
Between four of us, we got palak paneer, tikka masala, rogan josh, lamb saag, garlic naan, butter naan, and mango lassi. The food was delicious, rich, and creamy. The naan was absolutely fabulous and my favourite in this area! It’s a cozy spot and such a gem in this neighbourhood. I would return!
