Sultan of Samosas

Only a good clean restaurant and good customer service. But if you want the oiliness in your food, these are the samosas to have. Only the beef samosa was good. Everything else was below average. The priciest and oiliest samosas in Toronto. Prices are ridiculously high for this quality of samosa. And they use canola oil to fry. Definitely will not recommend this place.

Most delicious Samosas I have ever eaten! Friendly service and many different varieties of samosas. Vegetable, curry, beef, spinach etc etc. This is a must try

I’m not too impressed with this place. The samosas wrap really holds the oil, super oily. The onions are cut so big, lack of flavour/ blan, the tamarind doesn’t compliment the samosa at all.

This tiny storefront offers the best Samosas in toronto. I have certainly never had better. Take out only and, at times, the lineup is out the door and down the sidewalk. There is a large variety of fillings including authentic goat meat and several choices of dipping sauces tamarind is our favourite. However, I feel I should say something about their superior dough pasty wrapping as I believe it is one of the main differences in the taste and quality of the Sultan's product as opposed to others. The staff are plentiful and friendly, taking the time to explain the various offerings. We do not live in this neighbourhood but always stop if we are anywhere nearby because the experience is worth the slight detour. The shop is located in a small strip mall and so parking can be tight at times but is always manageable. Drop in, you won't be disappointed, and I will guarantee you that you will eat half of the order on the drive home. I highly recommend.

I wish we still lived close to this place... now we have to go out of our way to get over here but 1000% worth the trip. Absolutely LOVE these samosas and the staff are friendly and helpful. Been shopping here for a really long time and the quality of their food has never changed.Food: 5/5

These are the best samosas ever. Did not like samosas until I tried this place. If you are ever in this area, stop and pick some up. Like the chicken best, beef and then veggie. Mild sauce is very flavourful. Highly recommend.

The best! There’s always a bit of a line not too long but a steady stream of customers so the samosas are always fresh, flavourful and crispy. I wish they served their apple pie samosa once in a while ;

Samosas taste good but be prepared to wait half hour. 15 min to order and for food to be cooked if they have to make them fresh, then 15-20min while everyone behind you gets their orders even though your order could have be filled. Then eventually they ask what your order was and fill it. Then they tell you that you can have fewer sauces than you already paid for. Ouch. Parking: Plaza usually has plenty of spots.

Samosas are great, lots of variety! Got 200 for a birthday party and everyone enjoyed them. This is not a sit down place. Service is friendly but there was a bit of confusion, recommend being very clear when making big orders

I’m on the fence about this place, I remember it being so much better! The samosas have gotten smaller and I noticed that they fry way to many at a time! This drops the oil temp and makes them REALLY oily, which they were. the mutton and beef are good but super oily the curry and 10 veg are good too. Just oily…. Please owners if you read this please ask the girls to fry less at a time will make a big difference!
