Hôtel Valcartier

Had an amazing time with my wife for a week of fun and relaxation. The staff here are nothing short of amazing, especially Catherine at the front desk. She was totally on top of her game and set the tone the very first night with her very cheerful & informative welcome. She always greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions throughout the week. We'll be back again, hopefully soon!

Hotel is new and clean, looks great. Inside tje hotel was somewhat cold. Water park is fantastic, hotel de glace is very impressive and the tube slides are very plentiful, it's a huge sliding area. The hotel is very nice modern and has a Large arcade that the kids enjoyed. No street fighter or any fighting games, mostly racers and shooting games. The only somewhat downside is the restaurants, the safari restaurant wasn't very good but was pretty expensive and a lot of our stuff was cold. Breakfast for 4 was 80$ and no bacon! The other food areas are mostly topical junk food so eating healthy is a challenge.

Very nice hotel, less than a year old so everything is brand new. Only complaint is that prices at restaurants and stores are high, and... the flies! Flies in the lobby, flies in the restaurants, flies everywhere. The only place I didn't see flies was our guestroom. The kids loved the indoor water park though.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are well designed especially for winter activities with places to put your snow gear. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. A nice touch with the floor heater bathroooms. Te service for Check in and any assistance was incredibly slow though.
