Manoir du Lac Delage

The location was dull in winter. The first night at the hotel the hot water was not working, the cold water was sporadic, and what did come out of the tap was yellow and undrinkable. The front desk did not provide bottled water or any alternative for guests, and the vending machine was sold out of bottled water. That in and of itself ruined the visit for me, the sheer lack of consideration for guests. The rooms were a reasonable size, but you could tell around the edges that it had been built in the 60s. The morning staff was far more friendly than the individual who checked our group in the previous evening.

We stayed there for 4 days. Very happy with service and easy access to Stoneham and village vacance. The manoir is right in the middle way.

Great location very beautiful. Staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. One of the best hotel stays ever. It was my first time trying a Nordic SPA and it helped my sore muscles from my Spartan race. There is probably a reason why during my stay I saw a wedding reception and an anniversary party being held there. Great place.

Very disappointing. Came here for a honeymoon weekend. Looked forward to enjoying the relaxation pools and spa part of the resort that was described online. Outdoor sauna did not work. Lots of kids yelling and playing in the pools area even though it is marked 16 years and over . Rooms are suppose to be non smoking but lots of cigarette smoke coming in though the balconies and in from outside. No elevators up to second floor and no staff to assist with luggage. Staff at front desk friendly, but not very helpful. Long waits to get any type of service in the bistro area. Bistro staff not very friendly. All in all, not a successful honeymoon weekend. Would have been more enjoyable as cheaper to stay at home .
