The hotel is very unique and a fun place to stay, even in the cold winter (when it attracts a sizeable crowd of snowmobilers). The staff were very friendly and helpful despite not speaking fluent English. The beer from their brewery is fantastic and might be the best I had in Canada. But I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who does not have a car or other vehicle to get to it. We were unable to get a taxi to the nearby bus station the morning after our checkout and we had to hike there in the snow with our luggage. The location is great if you want to be next to the park, but downtown can be a long walk.

It's a good place to stay when you travel to Quebec city. Hotel is nice and quiet, room is clean and comfortable. You can park your car in front of your room which is nice. It's is located on the hill, so the gps may direct you wrong when you are close to the hotel. I strongly recommend for this hotel.

Good food, service not that good, the waitress was not polite, gone with the salad back in kitchen because they forgot the dressing, the salmon was cold when they got back with it, we've ask question about the menu she answed :" What was writed on the menu?" With too much attitude, don't think I'm gonna go back there..
