Avoid room 104 at all costs!!! After a six hour drive to the hotel that we’ve booked months in advance, we were told that our room was not ready and to wait 10 minutes for it to be cleaned. We ended up waiting 20 minutes… We were compensated with a 25$ breakfast gift card to an overpriced restaurant that we didn’t eat at since we had to leave early to continue our road trip the next day. When we walked into our room we were greeted by a filthy bathroom. We cleaned our bathroom since we wanted to shower before dinner and after a long day in the car. Being that we already wasted close to an hour with all the inconveniences, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant instead of going out like we intended. My husband ordered a steak no prices on the menu, we had a nice surprise on our bill when the steak was priced at 70$ mind you the steak was 1/4 edible and mostly fat. We’re tired at this point and decide to call it a night and go to bed… Our room is perfectly located between the check-in desk and main elevators, noisy is an understatement. We requested to change rooms but the hotel was apparently fully booked. Might I add that our room had an outdoor table and chairs, how wonderful… not. The furniture is placed directly under a leaky and noisy AC unit, we’d rather enjoy our time outside without getting dripped on. I understand that there’s going to be inconveniences everywhere you go but for over 300$ for a room, it would’ve been nice to at least get a good sleep.
Stopped on way to NS. Easy to get to and plenty of close parking. Friendly staff even for English speaking visitors. Had room with patio for indoor pool, very convenient for parents with kids wanting to use pool. The chlorine smell was only mild in the room which was great. AC very loud but was not needed during my visit. Great food at restaurant. Plan to return but will need to check out spa next time.
Modern and immaculate rooms. Loved our stay here. Beds are very comfy. Didn't love being next to lobby though considering i booked months in advance and, would've appreciated some signage in English for travelers. Took us a while to find the ice machine. Overall though, a very lovely stay!
Hôtel was great. A bit pricey for what you get but still manageable.nThe pictures online are accurate but make the pool look much bigger than it is. It’s quite busy. My daughter did say that the water slide smelled like pee so she didn’t end up sliding down.
