Days Inn - Riviere-Du-Loup

We enjoyed our stay here. A new at the time Hotel and in a great location. Never got to go for a swim in the pool but hope to next time. I cannot remember if we ate the continental breakfast or not. I recall the rooms being very nice and modern and very clean. The lobby was nice as well. Will stay here again if we can get a room. We have thought about heading east this summer in August and all the dates I checked are booked. Tried some for September and got the same results. Just stayed here for one night on Monday August the 21st. As soon as I walked in I could tell they had done renovations. Something that was not needed. The place looked great before and you had a lot more room at the front desk. Now, things are more cramped. Money to burn and stupid ideas with the customers money.. I do not like the look of it now and will be staying at the place next door should we head down east again.

We really loved staying here! Incredible sunset view over the river! The outdoor pool was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed the breakfast here as the were lots of options including hot eggs and bacon but also fruit, cereal etc. The lady hosting the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful and even gave us gluten free bread for my son who has allergies. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. All in all a great experience for the price!

Nice little hotel with quaint cottages. The variety of food offered for breakfast was the best I've seen in a hotel of this sort and included hot items. Book a cottage; as I write this I'm sitting on the veranda enjoying the early morning sun with a coffee. View of the sunset over the mountains and across the St. Lawrence River is beautiful. Location is good for walking to nearby retailers.

We had a great stay with our family of four (and our Labrador). The big yard out back was perfect to throw the ball for the dog, the beds were comfortable, and the hot continental breakfast was decent (coffee/tea, boiled eggs, sausage, toast, and fruit salad). The staff service was excellent.

Relaxing stay, and nothing like clean sheets, we had french toast for breakfast made a huge difference being on the road for quite some time... A huge bonus we had a scenic August sunset from our balcony too.
