Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé

They don't deserve a damn star. One of my family member spent some time in this hospital and didn't receive proper service. They wouldn't change her clothes in the morning nor feed her. When she passed away, they kept on laughing and talking loud next to her room while we were trying to pay our respects. Totally lack of respect! Almost sure that the way they treated her played a role into her decreasing health situation. Would not recommend this hospital. One of the worst i have seen so far.

I don't even know where to begging, this hospital is the WORST PLACE I have even stepped in! Unprofessional rude racist and not caring at ALL! I gave birth in that hospital and got tortured mentally and physically I have serious health problems because of them I won't give details because it's a very serious matter. I decided to sue the hospital and their staff I have names proofs recordings and videos and have strong lawyers hope they're ready.

My daughter was badly sick she is just 2 and I waited from 930 pm to 1.20 am then I left hospital after several hours wait couldn't visit doctor. I went to children hospital monteral

Excellent care. Was staying in the area for several months after condominium was destroyed and restorations were taking place. Had never visited this hospital before, was extremely happy with the excellent care I received both in the ER and the follow-up appointments provided. Very grateful for every moment spent there!

The hospital has some very good doctors and nurses. But some of the nurses are racist and uncaring. They let you wait and have lower priority as their liking.
