Notre mission est de favoriser et maintenir le mieux-être des enfants et de leurs familles par la prévention et le traitement de toute condition qui pourrait produire un impact au niveau de la santé physique, affective ou psychosociale.

On sait que les enfants ont souvent peur d’aller chez le médecin. Par contre, nous souhaitons que chaque enfant puisse associer des souvenirs positifs aux visites médicales en les accueillant dans un environnement amusant, joyeux et plein de couleurs.

Hi so far so good. I called and the 2 receptionists I spoke to were very kind and helpful. I am using 2 services at this centre and will update my reviews based on my experience.  *Update: I brought my 3 year old to an emergency visit. Amazing nurses and wonderful doctor! The doctor took the time to listento us. She took the time to examine him and I never felt rushed. I am happy to have found this place. I just wish I could get a regular family doctor for my kids, there, but they are all full. I particularly liked the one who saw us.  Updated review: went from 5 STARS to 2 starts. I used the family services yesterday. Not impressed with the service not to get into details. I sent an email to them expressing my concerns.

My husband & I are completly and utterly surprised how a clinic in Quebec was able to give such a good service!! Our 2.5 years old toddler has some serious coughing issues. He would cough every 2/4 seconds constantly. We went to our pharmacist for some advise on what to do instead of the ER because it would take over 10 hours... He suggested we go to Agoo. When my husband arrived there with my toddler, the secretary said they were full schedule, but would check with the Dr. to see if they could take him in. Luckily, the doctor heard my son coughing and came right away and took them in. Not only did she treat him right away, but the next day she called and followed up to see how he was doing. I also have to emphasize that it was not a 2 second conversation, but a good 8 minutes. I cannot thank Dr. Granado enough for taking such good care of my son. I 1000% recommend this clinic. Thank you again for such good service.

We love our daughter’s clinic and the 2 doctors we’ve met with there are absolutely amazing and caring.

The clinic is always clean and quiet. Dr. Nader - my daughter's family doctor - is really kind, caring, smiley and patient. She always listen to your concerns and doesn't underestimate any of your concerns, as a first time mom that's really important. Also Dr. de Costa is a wonderful pediatrician. I'm so happy for finding this clinic. The nurses are kind and helpful. The only negative point is sometimes receptionists are impatient specially on the phone.

I called at 7 :59 Am says it's close at 8 am exactly said no doctor available for a week . It's very useless to have family doctor even if can't get appointments faster for our kida

I went to this clinic to ask for pediatric for my new born baby. They receptionist were super rude. She ignored me straight without say sorry that I can’t help you because we are not accepting new patients. I don’t know why human being now a days hasn’t kind Heart even for newborn baby. At the end I asked her can you give me some information how can I find pediatric. She said I don’t know. I feel so broken for such humanity act.

Wonderful clinic and staff overall but especially thankful for Dr. Da Costa! Such a friendly doctor who really took the time to listen to me and properly assess my child

I love this clinic. Dr Kireva has been our Dr since 2017 aprox. She has always been very patient and careful with my 6 year old son. I've read some comments about her, but I have to admit that she has been very helpful for us. She has reffered us to different specialist and we were very satisfied by her professionalism. This is my experience and it's important also to let people know that she has been very helpful, observant, careful, and attentive towards us.

The anxiety I had going to this clinic as a first time mom was through the roof. Although the place is clean, efficient and convenient, the DR. I had was too fast and in a rush. Never took the time to answer my questions or explain things. As a first time mom I felt completely lost and scared that the Dr. would miss something. When my baby cried, she literally looked annoyed and rushed me out. Prescribed meds way too fast and never explained them either. Never gave solutions to my problems. I finally found a new doctor somewhere else that actually took 45 minutes without rushing me to explain and examine my baby with a smile on her face. They need to hire doctors that actually like doing their jobs. I’m also not the first to complain about this. Clinic has potential and can’t complain about the receptionists. I also work in the medical field and was appalled about how rushed the appointments were every single time.

We tried the walk-in because our son needed stitches. The secretary informed us that the clinic does not perform the procedure which is fine but to make sure, she wanted to ask a doctor. Out came the doctor and we were told again that they don't do stitches at the clinic. Again, that's fine by us. We'll look for somewhere else. But before we can leave the doctor told the secretary to take our Medicare card. That's just poor practice because the doctor ended up charging our public health system for a consultation when she knew they could not perform the procedure. The entire experience lasted 2 mins and when I ask why the Medicare card was necessary, she told us she passed us before all of her other patients, to basically repeat what the secretary had told us. That reflects poorly on the doctor's priorities.
