being rather sickly i have had to go to a number of hospitals and outpatient clinics like this one. most offer a minimum of decent customer service. but the people here should be admitted to an insane asylum. whatever you think of as good customer service, these people do the opposite. Rude, Lazy, negligent and useless.

absolutely terrible customer service, can't get through on the phone, rude in person. the worst clinic i have ever been to! would give 0 stars if it were an option.
