Aweful! Valentine’s Day you would think they should be prepped and prepared but were we wrong. 6:30 we get seated in a back secluded corner so we ask to get moved to one of the many open tables but get denied even though we had a reservation made 1 week prior. Then we never got greeted. It took 45 minutes until we got our salad. Then by 7:30 we finally had our complimentary bread arrive. Our lobster tail had next to no meat on it and I have no idea how it left the kitchen like that. I made a fuss but was not compensated for the poor service. Then after I left biting my lip on the walk out of the restaurant I called to restate me experience to the manager. This gentleman answered the phone (who I strongly believe was the manager), and I asked to speak to said manager, was past off to a hostess who only said they weren’t the manager at the end of my explanation. The hostess rudely said “what am I supposed to do about that? The manager is out serving tables. Call back later” clearly they don’t care about customer feedback or satisfaction! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! IT IS NO LONGER A NICE PLACE!!!

We were here end of November to celebrate a birthday. The servers are very friendly and nice. The bread and the dips, the bread mixture was so so and seriously why would you serve the dips in small plastic take out containers for half of our party, but in nicer containers for the other half when they were clearly placed out at the same time and the restaurant wasn't even that busy at the time. The food is definitely overpriced, some way more than necessary. Food is decently portioned for the most part, but for the price you pay it better be!

We came in tonight for a nice night out..we were seated in a area that the tables were so close together we could not move or sit in the chair behind the other table. Our table was very sticky so was not wiped off proper. We sat waiting for a server for quite awhile just to be even greeted never mind placing our order. Appatently the tables we were put in the bar tender has to serve those tables also which is crazy. The bar tender was crazy busy and a fellow server saw how long we had been waiting and served us. He was a very freindly guy. He ended up serving us the entire meal. Food was good. Feel a bar tender should not be serving tables also. The people sitting in those seats do not get the service they should

Food is disgusting. The best thing to get is the calamari rings. The owner is very rude to his employees last time I was there. I will never eat there again worst restaurant experience I had ever
