Ben's Kitchen And Bar

My sons and i went there on November 7th before a movie. We came in and there was not many people in the restaurant. We got our drinks and the server took our order within 5 minutes of being seated. That is when everything started to go wrong. It took almost an hour to get our food and that was after asking twice about it. People who came 20 minutes to half and hour after us were served their food before us and all we ordered was two chicken club sandwiches and nachos. The server never came over once the whole hour we where there to check how things were going and to see if we needed refills on drinks. after complaining and saying i was leaving they finally gave us our food and it was cold and we had to take it to go. They never even offered a discount or anything after the very poor service we received. I will never go back and have already been telling many people about the bad experience I had there.

Our New Favourite Restaurant on Movie Nights! An amazing meal, the staff were super friendly, and a lovely atmosphere. We highly recommend Ben’s! 😃

This was the first and last time I'll be coming here terrible service hour wait manager was rude when I spoke to him didn't care or give me the time of day. Ive never really written a bad review but this place takes the cake don't eat here unless you want to wait till your 70

Lots of space to move. The food was good the only reason i did not give a 4 star was because i only had a couple appetizers then had to go. The rest of the group that went said there meal was great

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager (I can only assume as he did not introduce himself) was extremely rude and said the ONE HOUR wait was because of the specific dishes ordered. First and last visit, would NOT recommend even as a last resort!!
