It was a Thursday at 5:15
We went to East Side Mario's for a birthday party they put us in a both, our ( feet did not touch the floor about 30 cm ). Ask for another seat they said it would be 45 min to 1 hr. The people I was with opted to sit there. the services was poor asked if it was busy she replied with " it is always like this " Our table was close to the kitchen she was always passing by hard to get her attention. I left a 12% tip and i'm still piss't about why tip at all for a bad experience. I will go back to East Side Mario's but not the Brantford location.

They place packed but we were seated quickely and our meal came at a reasonable time despite how busy it was and the food was good the bread was delicious it was a little pricy tho...

I had a Caesar salad and calamari fritti. The salad was excellent. The calamari was greasy under seasoned (no seasoning) over cooked tough and very thin calamari. They’ve changed their recipe . Do not buy

Food is great. Usually very busy. Recommend calling ahead of time.

Lineup moving slowly, as the tables were not being cleaned up efficiently. (Servers are not managed very well, IMO.) 
I can put up with that, but $9.00 for a poured draft is not acceptable. It was Organic, a beer from Ontario. It was supposed to be super-sized or something, but it was a regular draft size, I thought.
