Service and atmosphere are ok but their food is delicious. Have some interesting touches to the regular Indian-fusion cuisines; well seasoned but not overwhelming. Love the lamb curry. Price is reasonable.Food: 5/5
Really great Indian food with a slight twist. Loved the different snacks that had a blend of flavors and everything was high quality and flavorful. This place also does Indian whiskey tasting which we really enjoyed and I'd highly recommend to whiskey lovers. Overall had an amazing experience.Food: 5/5
Stepping into Gully is like finding a hidden gem in the chaotic tapestry of urban life. The food here is nothing short of exceptional, a symphony of flavors that sing on your palate with each bite. From the rich, aromatic curries to the delicate, perfectly spiced kebabs, every dish is a testament to culinary craftsmanship. The drinks menu is a revelation, boasting a wide variety of creative cocktails and a curated selection of spirits. But it's the Indian whiskey that truly stands out, a remarkable find that elevates the entire dining experience. Smooth, complex, and full of character, it's a fitting companion to the robust flavors of the cuisine. Gully is not just a restaurant; it's an experience, a journey through the vibrant world of Indian flavors and hospitality. For those who seek the extraordinary, this is a destination worth every moment. Five stars, without a doubt.
Indian fusion is new to me, but it was excellent. The chef certainly has a skill to match various ingredients and tastes together to deliver stunning food. Well presented with knowledgeable servers, and the chef takes time to explain the various tastes. We had a great evening and will be back. Deserves a mention in the michelin guide.Food: 5/5
A must try place in Toronto!! Had an amazing experience at this hidden gem! We tried items from their recently added new menu. Starting with appetizers, with had kiwi pineapple pani puri and upma fries. These new creations exceeded all our expectations!! Also tried the Mumbai Vada Pav Burger, which balanced all the flavours perfectly! Everything was really tasty and had a unique blend of authentic Indian flavours with a modern twist. For the dessert, tried the Tres Leches cake, which instantly melts in the mouth and was the perfect end to the day. The owner is very friendly and passionate! Great customer service!
A Taste of Bliss on Bloor Street! Gully is a must-try! The vibe was perfect, nestled by the bustling Bloor Street. My taste buds were blessed with wonderful Indian cuisine that truly made me feel in bliss. Every dish was a delightful experience, bursting with authentic flavors. The ambiance added to the charm, making it a perfect spot for a memorable meal. Highly recommended!
We had an incredible time celebrating our grad party here! The Indian fusion cuisine was absolutely delicious; we especially enjoyed the Avocado Chaat and dips. We also got to sample their new menu item, Pani Puri with kiwi infusion, which was a delightful twist. As a bonus, we received complimentary Fired Upma Sticks on the house! The host was exceptionally accommodating, storing our surprise cake and balloons and readily taking photos for us whenever we asked. The Indian mix music added to the fantastic atmosphere of the restaurant. We would definitely come back any day!
Hands down Gully is the gem which Toronto needed. The food is the perfect blend of authenticity engulfed within modern indian cuisine. They have added more dishes with their new menu! We had a few appetizers and all were amazing, you can't go wrong with any options. The vada pav burger took me to the streets of Mumbai! The cocktails were extremely tasty as well!
Quite literally our whole experience at Gully was perfection! The service and ambiance were so great but let’s get to what you really want to hear about - the food! Everything we ate was beyond delish! The chicken wings were so flavourful and fall off the bone good. The butter chicken was creamy and tasty for sure. But the star of the show for me was the Keema Pav - this dish was WICKED TASTY! Finally we had the tres leches cake for desert and it was so moist and creamy! Everything was a solid 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back for more!
Had an amazing dinner here tonight! The food was incredible I got chicken and lamb skewers and we had the hazelnut martinis. Ishita gave us a great experience and was very kind and thoughtful! Can’t wait to come back!Food: 5/5
