Really unfortunate - for two reasons. The service was great, but when there was a mere CONFUSION with our order, the manager came out and most unprofessionally blamed our server. Our friendly and professional server was actually the only redeeming quality of our whole experience and as the subtle politics of unethical management continued to escalate throughout our meal it really ruined our long awaited “night out” as the increasing lack of professionalism became our entire discussion. Secondly, this restaurant has no direction.. pub? Steakhouse? Cheap eats?

My restaurant of choice if I am in the vicinity of the Kelowna Airport and I'm looking for a place to meet someone to have a meal. Anyone who enjoys Milestones or Cactus Club will likely enjoy this place.

Kind of like Earls. Pricey and trying to be luxurious but doesn't deliver on quality or service. If your wallet is large and in charge and you love a massive wine selection then you might enjoy this place more than me.

This is one place you must try when in Kelowna. I have been here a few times over the past couple of years and it has always been amazing. I decided to give this place a try as it was on the ‘farm to table’ list of Kelowna restaurants and I like to support local and sustainable. I have been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have tried their casual fare on the menu which is extremely reasonably priced, as well as their Entrees which offer a good selection of unique preparations cooked to perfection. The servings are fairly generous, one would pay a lot more elsewhere for their quality of food. This restaurant stands up to some of the very well reputed Kelowna ones and deserves a visit even if you are not staying at the hotel. It also does not hurt that they have just the most amazing wine list and that the staff is always so courteous.
